Therefore, title insurance is a supporting document which will evidence the market price of real estate property, evaluates the property and also considers the net worth of property.
It is now important to state real estate property business being a huge and multinational business, there should be clear legal procedures, rules and regulations in the market which will help lenders, borrowers and banking institutions in controlling the market to the benefit of the consumer and owners of real estate property. Title insurance plays a vital role in fixing the interest rates, premium amounts and in calculation of net worth.
