Bijuridical law system means both common law and civil law. This is one of the legal systems in the world. This is inspired under the Roman Law and there are many developments that helped the legal system in respect of common law and civil law. Common law is about the legal procedures of constitution, statutes, fundamental laws and court laws whereas civil law deals with property and the common aspects of public living. This is the most important law as it protects people to lead safe lives and also to give certain rights and duties to the people.
Civil law contains lot of legal framework and regulations for the people to draw benefit and there are many sections which detail lot of provisions and criteria to gain benefit from civil law. There are many attorneys who are well experienced in civil law and common law, who can give solution to any dispute that rises between two neighbors or owners or between two business site owners. The legal system has solution for every problem and under the inspiration of Roman law the present legal system has been drafted. Roman law being the sole and supreme authority which has huge influence and ancient philosophy of society and culture, there is every minute detail that is present under the present common law and civil law for the codification and benefit for the common people. The society has many problems and whenever a common man seeks court for justice, the legal systems apply its relevant law and provide justice to the innocent and punishment to the guilty. The law is so strong and rightfully coded that no guilty can stand safe and innocent are suitably rewarded. Such powerful legal system is prevailing in the present civil law and common law. Every nation has certain code and criteria to meet the standards of bijuridical legal system and it endeavors to the full extent to maintain the standards and to comply with the provisions. Further each case that is registered and solved under the bijuridical legal system is kept and recorded for future reference. Whenever a similar case is forwarded, the past relevant cases are referred for giving justice and suitable remedy. Such as this benefit and school of thought is present and prevailing in this legal system to protect and safeguard the system.
Every nation and every state has certain common law and civil law regulations that guide its people. There are experienced and most honorable judges, attorneys and arbitrators who refer cases from time to time and bring justice to the people. At every stage, there is a possibility for some legal implication and application and at that time, the public attorneys will study the law carefully and give suitable argument to punish the guilty and to save the innocent. The common problems faced by people are all under the purview of civil law and these are solved as per the code of law. With the launch of Internet, public attorneys who are practicing common law and civil law can be easily accessed for seeking advice and guidance in any matter that pertain to the law. Disputes, differences, torts or any public related problems can be brought to the notice of attorneys who can provide excellent legal advice. In this pattern the functioning of bijuridical system is excellent and very efficient.

this law didnt come from the romans, it came from the greek
This was not inspired by the roman law, infact the romans got theres from the greeks
