Commercial law includes mostly the principles of civil law and private law. This can interpreted as fire, theft, accident, contracts, marine insurance, shipping and many other standards of business. Since at international level, many businesses are considered through sea waters, the execution of contracts, bills of exchange, shipping contracts are extremely important for all those who deal with businesses. A contract is guided by commercial law between the  parties and it stands as a code of conduct and honesty to carry on the business in good faith. The terms of a contract can never be violated and they have to be abided.


This can be at the manufacture level or at dealer level or at the purchasing level. Everything is included in commercial law and there are several provisions and goods and services when a  contract is violated. There are millions of businesses in around the world which take the help of commercial law as a guide to their business and in fact commercial law is the best source of help to do good business. Consumers, retailers, wholesalers, dealers, shipping agents, merchants and many other vendors are all at benefit with commercial law as they can do small or medium business with the help of commercial law. Commercial law in United States is enacted by Congress and an there are many other enactments that come under the purview of consumer law such as Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) The aim of these Acts is to protect and safeguard the interests of consumers. Therefore the enactment of commercial law is always for the growth and development of businesses at domestic level and at international level. Because businesses are performed with the execution of contracts and the contracts are the terms and conditions with which business contracts are executed and this is quite good  and benefiting for the parties. This enables smooth functioning of the business in case of shipment, road contracts or air contracts. Both the parties to the contract are happy and content when the deals are performed successfully and bring gains through the successful completion of contracts. This can be related to goods, services and any other commercial property business.


Another term for commercial law is business law which means there are completely monetary transactions which are a means of exchange for goods and services. There is every provision and section along with sub clauses which give proper guidance and compliance to the contractual parties to deal and abide by the terms of commercial law.
Those who are interest in business always take the guidance of commercial law and this is help in solving problems or disputes that arise even amidst of execution of contracts.


Therefore, it is important that commercial law must be considered at every step for any conduct in business and to perform as per the legal rules and regulations. This will help the contract parties to execute successfully and completely. This leads to the growth and development of business and trading.
