Paralegal jobs are in great demand as many young students have been getting enrolled into legal courses. Paralegal certificates are issued by three major professional organizations and these are National Association of Legal Assistants, National Federation of Paralegal Association and American Alliance of Paralegals. Each type of certificate requires a particular criteria of education and experience. A standard exam is required to be passed for CLA, CP and RP certification. The salary for paralegals is very good and as per the year 2006, the annual salary paid was $45,460 and there are excellent prospects in the industry for the paralegals. The scope for competition is very less in this field with the fact that as compared to any skilled job, paralegals require a specific education and certificate that offers job as paralegal and this is only for aspirants who wish to get into law career.

You have to perform well in interview with the fact that you must demonstrate your knowledge in law and also ability to prepare documents well if working for an attorney, lawyer or a government organization.
