The rule of law is of prime most important law which is a legal guide for every one for resolving any legal problems or formalities. Law says that no one is above the law and in fact no one is exempt from the law.
Rule of law is a legal term which means that there are certain provisions and principles of law which are aimed at to safeguard and protect the rights of people and property. An arbitrator is a legal professional which takes suitable decisions and judgments as per the rule of law.
Law is a complete of set of rules prescribed by several enactments that are passed in the form of Bills by respective government policies. Enactment of laws is considered to be the legal system with which a state or nation functions. The rule of law has been existing from the ancient Greek times which include prominent Greek philosophers Plato and Aristotle around 350 B.C. In fact they are the fathers of rule of law. They emphasized that law should lead and govern and power must not be abused. Therefore, rule of law must always be well administered and well applied in all businesses, industries, and for the social development of people.
There are many laws with respect to people, industries, corporates and property. Each rule of law carries a specific compliance and specific rule of abidance and these cannot be violated. There are international rules, state rules, national rules of law for every purpose and these have to be applied wherever required. Rule of law protects people from several dangers of social disharmony and crime.
Laws are prescribed to punish the guilty and also to save the innocent. If a property has to be sold, there are certain property law rules which have to be followed in order to sell your property. If you wish to purchase a business, there are certain business laws which will help you to purchase business and similarly if you own a company, there are certain specific corporate laws which have to be followed, in order to comply with the rules and regulations of company law system.
Unless you comply with the rules of law, you are not authorized to take the possession of a particular thing or property or business. Therefore, rules of law are very stringent and very elaborative in describing the provisions of each section in law. You need to consult a lawyer, attorney or a legal practitioner in order to seek guidance in respect of rules of law.
The laws are very expansive and detailed, therefore, only a legal practitioner would be able to give you proper guidance and advice about any issue with which you approach. Some of the modern authors of law are Samuel Ruterhford and John Locke who drafted several principles and rules of law. The idea that no one is above the law became very popular in United State first that Thomas Paine in one of his pamphlet stated that law is king which means King is a reflection of law and discipline and therefore, law rules and law is king.
