Socialist law system

June 28, 2010

Socialist law system has a long history in Russia and China under the Marxist Lenin Theory and there are many new laws that developed from these  two countries. They have worked for the development of socialist law system and particularly during the World War I and World War II, while socialist law system was falling apart,  with the wide spread of communism and Marxism, there was much need for a new socialism law system that is required to protect the people from all dangers in the society.

Protection of fundamental rights, civil rights and rights for people were some of the basic concepts that lead to the birth of socialist law system and particularly China worked very hard to contribute much to the development of a healthy society.  The Chinese law as it is called is governed by many areas of its well being of a healthy society and Chinese are very particular in the practice of socialist law system. Apart from China, there are many socialist law systems practiced in the world which include Cuba legal law,  Soviet Law, United States Law and anti-social laws.  These laws help the people to protect themselves against any anti-social elements and help them to seek protection against any violence either at society level or at community level. People are the basic asset of a nation and taking care of all the people is  a very important  aspect and this must be considered on a high priority. It is true that in spite of several social laws, there continues to be still problems at all levels and without the socialist law system, it would be very difficult to deal and solve the problems. Therefore, every single individual who is under the governance of a nation, has to be made eligible for receiving proper social justice and possess right to live with certain rights.

This is also considered to be quite necessary and justifiable as people of all age groups rely on the governance of a government and keeping this in view the socialist law system helps them to take maximum benefit and advantage to lead a peaceful life in the society. The system has certain procedures, rules, regulations and certain provisions of law that help them  to draw proper guidance and benefit from the legal system. Further lot of peace and quiet living is maintained in the society. There are many instances of communal violence that take place on the grounds of religion, racism and on political agenda and these are all screened under the social legal system and all the problems on differences are solved. This is a very important point and in this part, the social legal system helps all the people to protect the society from any selfish motives and helps people to stay safe and protected. Apart from this, communal violence, domestic violence and social violence are prevented and punished suitably to maintain order and discipline
in the society. This is very good and this is very much necessary to gain more benefit for the people. For the present and for the future the social legal system will continue to regain and retain its importance and will have efficient functioning at all levels.
