Will Stimulus Effects Fades In 2010

January 15, 2010

There are apparent evidences received by the White House that the charm and efficiency of stimulus is beginning to fade out and certainly this is not good news. One may ask and question as to why a stimulus package would not yield benefits after 2010 and whether the economy would still diminish and will give a knee-jerk effect. But this is not true. The reason is, there are already 6 million jobs created under stimulus plan which will surely pave the way for a successful plan for a billion growths in industries.

But some of the economists are of the opinion that the recovery of U.S growth will slow down and this is a cause for concern. This can also stated clearly, that the introduction of stimulus was done with an aim to create new jobs and also with a view to work to the quick recovery of U.S economy. But the results indicate that the growth of U.S economy, if it slows down, there is much need to take up another extra measure to bring more effective plans into the market.

The Federal Reserve and White House are not happy with the good news that the economic stimulus package is saving jobs and people. Estimations have been made as against actual results and independent economists stated that from 620,000 to 1.5 million jobs were saved or created with stimulus package and on this nearly $160 billion stimulus funds have been spent. There are many workings on the loss of jobs since the beginning of recession and economist’s estate those nearly 200,000 jobs in the recent years.

There is also an emphasis on GDP growth, protection of investor confidence and protection and safeguard of common people for earning regular pay checks. So these are all some of the strong problems, which require a thorough working to put a permanent end to the problem. One cannot say that today, there is a problem and if we work on it, the problem will be solved. But this is no so, in every situation. When problem recur, new solutions arise and the stronger problem, the stronger the solution. The toughter the gauge is, the stronger it makes the train to go without any obstacles.

If at all there are opinions that stimulus package is losing its worth, it is for the economists, senate and President again to workout on the efficiency and well functioning of the administration. If a considerable feedback from the public is taken as to what is it exactly that American people are expecting from the Government, then such course of action can be considered for the better living of the people. It is already a fact that Americans are every where and a concept of Americanization is existing every where in the world, so at this point, there is a search of talent, skill and knowledge. Changing times require, changing trends and changing ideas to move with the changing world to motivate people to accept changes.

I hope stimulus effects are just beginning because i didnt see any improvement in my community. The only thing i have seen is a school renovation because of the stimulus money. But it didnt create more jobs…it saved a few of them for a few weeks. thats it. As far as im concern, we should be getting more from this govt who promise changes. At least with Bush we got a nice big check to enjoy and spend as we want. I paid a portion of my credit card with it.

Got something to say?
