		<description>I spent $5,000 for a metal roof and insulation on my 60 y/o house. When i applied for the energy tax credit, i found out that i don&#039;t qualify due to the fact that i&#039;m on disability, and don&#039;t have a taxable income.  It&#039;s people like me that need that rebate...not the people that can actually afford to fix their homes because they work...i didn&#039;t ask to be sick, and yes, i DO miss being able to work.</description>

		<description>This kind of credits those not create jobs but it inject money into economy. People will buy stuff to weatherize their home but will not employ people to do the job. Unless people change their climate control appliance.</description>
