When i applied for the energy tax credit, i found out that i don't qualify due to the fact that i'm on disability, and don't have a taxable income. It's people like me that need that rebate...not the people that can actually afford to fix their homes because they work...i didn't ask to be sick, and yes, i DO miss being able to work.
